UPDATE on the Reverse Fat Project
Well, I am officially “sick” so I am taking the day off from walking around the park. I’ll have to stick to the eating healthy until my body can handle exercise again. Doing laundry will have to count as my workout for today (hey, there’s a lot of stairs to climb!) Benedryl, Sudafed, and Ibuprofen every 4 hours!
I made it to Target yesterday and bought a scale. I weighed myself at 3 different times of day and the readings are all different (not shocked–and I, of course, have figured standard deviation and mean–it was pretty freaking easy though; I’m making graphs for this project fear not). I am going to do some official measurements and weigh in and set those as my marker for the beginning. This will be a science project of sorts. Yes, I am that nerdy.
I’ll post some embarrassing pictures too so you can see how fat I was. Trust me, it’s worth it to check back for those *cry*
